Right to Refuse Service:
Ebon Flagg reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy:
We understand that schedules are subject to change and you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of our guests and our staff, we require that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled 3 individual times within the 24 hour window you will be placed on a walk-in basis only.
Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a $50 fee charged on your next service. If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be subject to a $50 no show fee and future services will have to be on a walk-in only basis. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Online Scheduling:
Your request will be scheduled based on Ebon's availability. Your request is not approved until you receive confirmation.
