Ebon Flagg's passion for hair styling began at the young age of 14. While attending Rutgers University, he honed his skills in a local barbershop, eventually discovering his talent for styling women's hair. This led him to open Babe Styling Studios in Wilmington, Delaware, in 2009. "Babe," a term of endearment for his clients, also stands for Beauty Above and Beyond Expectations, reflecting Ebon's commitment to exceptional service and quality. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his craft fueled the salon's rapid growth, requiring a move to a larger space within 18 months.
